From soulful house to lyrical garage, and rhythmical RnB to awe-inspiring remixes, DJ Spoony's music manifesto is simple, if a track has a good groove that will make your body move, it's in. With tunes from the 70s to the present day, it's all killer and no filler with big dollops of nostalgia to make you smile.

Plus the legendary Trevor Nelson chooses the tracks that take him back as he shares his clubbing tales in 'Rewind Selector'. Radio 2's very own RnB king reveals that he was body popping on the dancefloor, back in the day... and as for what he was wearing, well, it's definitely worth a listen!
