Literature for the long winter nights

Recommendations for both readers and writers of Ulster Scots!

Plenty of recommendations both for readers and writers as the team, led by Helen Mark, look forward to a literary festival in Co Donegal while author and proud Larne resident Angeline King shares her thoughts on bringing more Ulster Scots into her writing. There鈥檚 also tips for anyone considering entering an Ulster Scots writing competition as we catch up with one of the judges - and last year鈥檚 winner. Finally - one last hint of summer as we revisit a remarkable story Rab gathered at The Worlds back in August.
The team loves to hear from listeners with their comments about the programme, or with a yarn or song or poem to share or an Ulster-Scots event to promote. You can contact them at kintra@bbc.co.uk.
