Gary West samples the latest album from two-times world champions, the Inveraray and District Pipe Band, a live recording of their concert, 鈥楢 Night in That Land鈥� held in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall in August. There鈥檚 solo piping from Jamie Forrester, Murray Henderson and Willie Morrison, Irish jigs on the uillean pipes from Mick O鈥橞rien, a modern classic track from the late Gordon Duncan, and the first musical piece ever written for the combination of Galician bagpipes and orchestra, entitled Santiago, composed by Shaun Davey and performed by the Banda Gaitas Ledicia.
