We are getting ever closer to completion of the first quarter century of this millennium. Close enough for us to ask what will historians, including those of the social variety, make of these first 22 years?

Will they be known as the Covid years, the boom to bust years, or perhaps the years that global warming could have been arrested but tough choices were avoided?

Maybe all of those things will be mere footnotes to other things such as how the invasion of Ukraine led to an escalating conflict enveloping ever more countries? Audrey asks a panel of experts their opinion.
