PHONE-IN
Legislation that will allow councils to introduce a so-called 鈥渢ourist tax鈥 is due to be published this morning. The Scottish Government鈥檚 Local Visitor Levy Bill will enable local authorities to add an extra charge for every night spent in hotels, hostels or self-catering accommodation. The money raised would be invested back in to tourism facilities and services.

Kaye asks - Do we need a tourist tax? It would apply to Scots too - would you be happy to pay it?
