Samantha checks on Marnie before her ward rounds. There鈥檚 palpable tension. She works her way round the ward, caring for each patient and looking out for a junior doctor. Later that morning, she attends an ethics committee meeting to make a key decision: is it in Marnie鈥檚 best interests to continue treatment or not?
