John Toal chats to a slow runner, Leo Miyagee on 50 years of hip-hop and members of a support group for women with breast cancer.

John Toal speaks to Martinus Evans, the founder of the Slow AF running club in New York. Told by doctors he needed to lose weight, Martinus decided to jump straight in to running a marathon, despite not knowing how far he鈥檇 have to go. Leo Miyagee takes us on a trip through fifty years of hip-hop, highlighting the artists and tracks that influenced his music. Three friends who met while they were receiving treatment for breast cancer explain how the support group they formed has grown to include more than 70 people.
