"Inclusively" fit was setup during lockdown by Derry women Bronagh McNamara and Sinead Lynch before becoming Ruby's Fitness, after Sinead's late daughter Ruby who had Down Syndrome. Both women drop by studio to talk about this amazing resource for people with physical and learning difficulties and sensory issues.
