Mo Farah鈥檚 Last Mile

Sir Mo Farah revisits his incredible career with fellow athlete Sir Brendan Foster as he prepares for his final race.

Reliving the career of the greatest athlete Great Britain has ever seen. On the eve of his last competitive race at the Great North Run, Sir Mo Farah meets Sir Brendan Foster, a man who has been intertwined with Mo鈥檚 journey from the start, to talk frankly about his incredible life.

Mo鈥檚 story has several chapters, all of which can be represented by a journey. The first, a tumultuous voyage from Africa to England, then from being a troubled schoolkid to having his talent spotted by his PE teacher, coming home empty-handed from the Beijing Olympics when he thought all was lost, his move to the USA to train under controversial coach Alberto Salazar, his return to London for the 2012 Olympics and the greatness that followed, and then finally this moment, his final mile.

Filmed at his training base in the south of France, this film provides an intimate and emotional portrait of a living legend hanging up his running shoes for good.
