Countryside hits the road for a Christmas Road Trip Special which sees presenter, Nicola Weir, visiting the Queen of the Christmas pudding, Amanda Hanna, in Armoy, visiting Northern Ireland’s own Willy Wonka in the shape of Shane Neary in Kilkeel and finding out how to make an award winning Ulster Fry in Newtownards. She’ll also stop off to hear the Farmers’ Choir in full voice and take to the hills of Belfast to meet the herd helping to make Italian cheese in Belfast.
