After years of being cash-strapped and in mourning, Nicola is finally ready to sell her late parents’ belongings to help fund a long overdue home renovation. When Nicola and husband Trevor bought their dream home 30 years ago, they had no idea of the money pit it would become. Unwilling to be beaten by the expensive and never-ending makeover, the couple persevered with the DIY. The end is almost in sight, but a new boiler doesn’t come cheap.

She also uncovers a stamp album full of rare and sought after collectable editions, worth a small fortune. Will these stamps deliver at auction? Or will the potential masterpiece paint a better picture for the couple?

With some tricks of the trade, and plenty of elbow grease, Robin hopes to have the table ready for Izzie to sell. But will it pass the all-important wobble test?
