By hacking into the scam call centres, they can hear the scammers’ phone calls to UK households. The team go head-to-head with the fraudsters as they try and stop victims from losing any money, all in real time.

This episode sees the scammers’ lowest trick yet – posing as genuine payday loan companies to trick victims into paying fees for loans that don’t exist.
