Three pounds ten pence for a cup of coffee!' So it made me think. What would you pay for a cup of tea? Because I think I would start at about 75p, upwards of 90p. Top whack, a quid. Because, let鈥檚 face it, what are you getting? A teabag, boiling water, a teabag, and a wee drop of milk!鈥�

Janet reminds Sean of a story Gerry Anderson used to tell about a cup of coffee he got in an airport.

鈥淗e always liked his tea strong,鈥� Janet says, 鈥渁nd he asked for an extra teabag. The girl asked for 拢3.60. He said, 鈥楽ure it鈥檚 only 拢1.80!鈥� She charged him the price of an extra teabag!鈥�
