Historian and documentary maker Robert Kee talks to writer and activist Jessica Mitford.

Jessica Mitford has written two books: in Hons and Rebels she described the Mitford family life and her escape from it; The American Way of Death is an attack on the elaboration of American funerals. These two books, and her impressions of life in America, are the subject of this conversation.
