Nicola celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Glasgow Film Festival with David Duchovny, comedian Janey Godley, American actress Dale Dickey and Orkney born Solly McLeod.

Nicola brings you a Glasgow Film Festival Special as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.

Comedian Janey Godley’s new feature documentary gets its world premiere as the closing gala film for the festival - she will tell Nicola all about it, reflecting upon life growing up in Glasgow and overcoming personal tragedy to become one of Scotland’s most celebrated comedians, as well as taking the film on tour.

Hollywood legend David Duchovny chats to Nicola about the adaptation of his novel which gets its international premiere at the Glasgow Film Festival, as well as his work in telly, music, and his Scottish roots.

Scotland meets Hollywood as Orkney’s Solly McLeod and American actress Dale Dickey share all about their new films.

Plus, the Glasgow Film Theatre turns 50 – we meet some of the people behind the scenes including the man who runs one of the few remaining projections in the country.
