The family of an 11-year-old boy killed during the Troubles call for repeal of Legacy Act. Emmett McConomy, whose brother Stephen was killed in 1982, tells North West Today families want 'truth and accountability'.
Meanwhile, the SDLP leader says it would be a 'huge mistake' for the British government to appeal a High Court ruling on the controversial Legacy Act. The High Court has ruled the immunity clause in the act breaches human rights. Colum Eastwood tells us the government should 'listen to the victims, all the political parties and all the victims groups in Northern Ireland' who are opposed to the Legacy Act.
