'I remember the time I was invited to the Europa Hotel,' Sean says. 'They were doing a programme about running the hotel. We talked to the people who made the beds, the bar staff, and so on. And one of the pieces was in the kitchen. I was the the person who had to help the head chef, and we were in there with cameras, and he told me how to do it, and we made the meal, whatever it was, and we ate it, and we talked about it. But they never showed it on the programme. They showed every aspect of the running of the hotel, but where did my meal go? Into the bin.'
