Sean wonders why a drink is described as 'stiff'.

鈥淎 stiff drink is a strong drink,鈥� says Patrick in Derry. 鈥淚t means strong, like whiskey! You need to get out a bit more!鈥�
鈥淵es, I do,鈥� Sean says, 鈥渂ut I know what it is. I want to know why we say it鈥檚 鈥榮tiff鈥�!鈥�
鈥淚t鈥檚 a drink that will stiffen your resolve,鈥� says Derek.
鈥淚 like that,鈥� Sean says.
