Jools presents a look back at one of the greatest artists, songwriters and performers in British music - Tom Jones. He has performed on the show a number of times over the past two decades, from sharing his love of Jerry Lee Lewis with Jools at the piano in 2001 to performing with his band on songs like Black Betty in 2002, Give A Little Love in 2008 and Elvis Presley Blues in 2015.

Sir Tom has also joined Jools and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra to sing in the new year at Jools’ Annual Hootenanny, from performing with fellow legends such as Solomon Burke, Robert Plant and Jeff Beck to accompanying new female voices like Rhiannon Giddens and Celeste. Also, Jools takes a look back at Tom’s most recent appearance on the show in 2021. Filmed at Jools’ studio in south London, Tom performs the track I’m Growing Old, taken from his first ever UK No 1 album, showing he’s an artist who is ever-popular, versatile and one of the greatest voices of our time.
