Mouth-watering dishes from Ching-He Huang, Nathan Outlaw, Theo Randall and Tony Singh. And Rick Stein, Dame Mary Berry and Clive Myrie are out and about across the UK and abroad.

Ching-He Huang prepares a Macanese breakfast dish, a hash packed full of pork mince, oyster mushrooms and potatoes and topped with a crispy fried egg. Nathan Outlaw rustles up a popular dish from his guesthouse menu as he makes his signature kedgeree with smoked mackerel and smoked haddock. And Theo Randall prepares his roasted lamb rump with Sicilian inspired caponata.

Tony Singh makes a seafood centrepiece with his langoustines en papillote infused with ginger, lemon and honey, served with crushed new potatoes and asparagus. And Fearne Cotton faces her food heaven, sea bass with a grapefruit and gin dressing, or her food hell, aubergine and mushroom cannelloni!

Meanwhile, Rick Stein harvests asparagus in Cornwall before making it the star of the show in another delicious recipe, Dame Mary Berry goes camping with Mel Giedroyc, and Clive Myrie explores more of Italy with plenty of tasty food along the way.
