Michelle McManus speaks with Vernon Kay on caber tossing in Bute. Plus, chats with Nadine Shah ahead of her gig at the Edinburgh International Festival and actor Tom Glynn-Carney.

Michelle McManus is joined by 主播大秀 Radio 2 DJ Vernon Kay to chat about the station's campaign, Let鈥檚 Move It, designed to get the nation moving this summer. He tells Michelle about heading to the showground of the Bute Highland Games in Rothesay, and tackling tossing the caber as his own personal challenge to get more active this summer.

Singer-songwriter Nadine Shah drops by our studio on the way to The Queen's Hall, where she performs tonight as part of the Edinburgh International Festival following the release of her album Filthy Underneath and supporting Depeche Mode on tour.

Zara Janjua interviews actor Tom Glynn-Carney, whose past film credits include Christopher Nolan鈥檚 award-winning film, Dunkirk, and hit TV series Mayflies and The Jetty to name a few. He鈥檒l be talking about his role in another hit show - the hugely successful Game of Thrones spin off, House of the Dragon.
