Over many decades Mike Edgar and Donna Legge have witnessed hundreds of performances in person or via radio and TV broadcasts - and on this new series they plan to relive their favourite moments.
Gary Lightbody takes part in this edition - recalling his first experience of live music and sharing what he loves about taking to the stage. Listen out for Rory Gallagher at The Ulster Hall, The Clancy Brothers with Tommy Makem and The Undertones performing at a unique hometown show. There’s a session track from Tom Robinson and a relatively new act to get excited about – the incredible Sasha Samara.
