Cathy Macdonald goes on a journey around Scotland, meeting people trying to live with Covid. She learns about the different ways in which the disease has affected them and how they have been managing their recovery.

David MacLennan from Gress in the Isle of Lewis, has spent most of his working life in nature conservation. For someone so energetic who was used to spending time outdoors, it is difficult to put into words how much of an impact the disease had on him when he first caught it and for some time afterwards.

As a nation we have come so far since the pandemic hit that you’d be excused for thinking that we have beaten Covid. But have we forgotten about those for whom the disease is still having devastating effects? And what is being done to try and help them?
