Author, poet and presenter Michael Rosen gives Cerys a lesson in Yiddish, and they explore weird and wonderful words from his new book, Rosen鈥檚 Almanac. The book journeys through words and phrases used by families from around the British Isles and their vernacular idiosyncrasies.

Australian comedian, songwriter, actor and musician Tim Minchin shares his thoughts on creativity, art, life and success. His new book, You Don鈥檛 Have to Have a Dream, is inspired by his university commencement addresses. Tim is the composer of the Olivier award winning musicals Matilda the Musical and Groundhog Day. He has also penned Storm, When I Grow Up and Sometimes You Have to be a Little Naughty.

All alongside Cerys' new musical discoveries from around the world with exclusive new music from The Black Keys' Andrew Gabbard as well as London based Brazilian band MOMO. There's classics from J.J Cale, Lou Reed and Dusty Springfield nestled alongside new tracks from Kit Sebastian, White Denim and Laura Marling.

This week Cerys also pays tribute to bass player Herbie Flowers and to Bossa Nova legend Sergio Mendes.
