In the last programme in the series, the team journey to China's remote South-West - a mixture of dramatic landscapes and great ethnic diversity that harbours ancient traditions and breath-taking scenery. Cameron Andersen visits the highest bridge in the world which is connecting communities in this remote mountain region. Jason Lai finds out how the coffee plantations of Yunnan are giving tea a run for its money, and how coffee is now taking China by storm. Jing Lusi meets the rare Black Necked Crane, as it flies south for winter, so rare it's known as the giant panda of birds and finds out what's being done to preserve this species. And Finn Aberdein discovers an ancient rural tradition with an explosive edge, the incredible - and dangerous - spectacle of fire dragon dancing.
