The Rolex Giraglia is a jewel in the Mediterranean yachting crown and one of the most celebrated races in the sailing calendar. Scenically it is a stunning spectacle. After three days of inshore racing, the main offshore race sets off from beautiful St Tropez, then it's a hectic 241 mile nautical dash across the Mediterranean, rounding the breath-taking Giraglia rock, before finishing in Genoa, Italy. Along the way we will be meeting Tango - the all-new Wallycento; stepping back in time to the days of the Barbary Pirates and delving into the archives to tell the story of the Genoa Jib. And we will be crowning a new champion in one of the sport's most iconic offshore races - the Rolex Giraglia 2018.
