Landward - Reawaking the Fairytale Castle

Fairytale Craigievar Castle, near Alford, has been shrouded in scaffolding and tarpaulin for the last two years. The external building coating has been replaced and the castle has been returned to its original pink colouring.

Craigievar Castle Project manager Ian Davidson explains the history of the colour of the castle.
