Saving Somali lives: the man behind an ambulance service in the war torn capital.

ALI MUSE
Ali Muse runs a dedicated team of ambulance drivers who dodge bullets and rockets, and navigate checkpoints to get the injured to hospital in one of the world's most dangerous cities, Mogadishu. Thousands of people were killed in fighting there last year and Ali tells Outlook why his crew put their own lives on the line to save victims of the violence.

Outlook reporter Jo Keown travels to the southern Chinese town of Yangshuo to meet Grandmaster Gao Yen Tao, or Papa as he's known, at his martial arts studio. The 84 year old has won international acclaim for his skills and we find out that despite his age, the king of the cartwheels is still fit and training hard.
