Bob and Terry have never worried too much about class - until the day Bob becomes interested in Lorna Perrin, a girl from a highly respectable, middle-class family. Terry's grandad - who is neither middle-class nor highly respectable - lives next door to the Perrins, and the situation nearly sparks a war between Bob and Terry.
