Localism the future says Cumbrian MP
The Government's new Localism Bill will help communities who want to run their own services like pubs and cinemas, says the Conservative MP for Penrith and the Border, Rory Stewart. He's backing campaigners in Penrith who want to save the local cinema which is being closed down.
