A talented young boxer is pressurised by a local entrepreneur into turning professional - with promises of fame and fortune.
In early 1990s Belfast talented amateur boxer Tony McNab faces a dilemma: should he turn professional under the management of local entrepreneur Ernie McKibbon? However, Tony is unaware of Ernie's shady dealings with the local paramilitary underworld who also want a piece of any action once he turns pro.
