Cathryn's teacake dilemma

Paul and Mary have set the bakers another testing task that requires making chocolate teacakes in soaring temperatures. Cathryn goes in to a flat spin when her teacakes don't appear to be ready. At just five minutes to go she is left with a dilemma on when to risk turning her teacakes out of the moulds.
