As the countdown continues to Tuesday's big vote we are asking if the American election has become too tribal? It comes after a video of a four-year old girl crying over the two candidates goes viral. Also - after Amnesty International accuses the Nigerian army of human rights abuses as it tries to crush Boko Haram - we are asking, can security forces be too heavy handed in the fight against a terrorist Islamist group?
