Laid-off gardener Wu Zhongliang turns to catering to make a living (pt 3/3)

Wu has been allocated new premises by the local authorities, but their size will mean greater financial burden on the business. If he meets with failure, he may return to gardening. Meanwhile, Hui is still struggling to make ends meet and is torn between work and family. Many small entrepreneurs feel that government is not helping them enough. Principal Xie argues that, while government once used to hand out aid, it's more beneficial for these laid-off workers to learn to fend for themselves. He gives them a helping hand by setting up a club where new small entrepreneurs can meet regularly, network and form working relationships that could receive tax exemptions and other government incentives. Whatever the case, these people cannot afford to fail and have to find some way of rebuilding their lives.
