Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher has died. We look at the effect she has had on the British economy and her influence on global attitudes to market-based economics. We speak to Patrick Minford, a former advisor to Lady Thatcher and Will Hutton, a critic of the Iron Lady's economic accomplishments.
