Fuller family inquest
An inquest in Shropshire has found Ceri Fuller "unlawfully killed" his children Sam, Charlotte and Rebecca with a hunting knife before taking his own life.
It was a scene of "unimaginable horror" according to the coroner - who recorded the verdict that three children from the Forest of Dean were unlawfully killed by their father, last July.
