Tools for aspiring rockers

In the mid 1950s a board of trade ban on the sale of American goods meant that high quality American guitars lay tantalisingly out of reach for aspiring young rockers. Session musician and author Mo Foster shows us his first bass guitar, the rudimental Dallas Tuxedo. Bruce Welch of The Shadows shows us the first ever Fender Stratocaster in the UK, which was imported by Cliff Richard.
