Fury's 主播大秀 Introducing session

Fury's 主播大秀 Introducing session

Tonight's live session comes from one of our area's most liked bands on Facebook.

They're Fury - and have more than 19,000 fans online.

But just how do you go about getting the equivalent of the population of Evesham to find you on social media - and more importantly, have 19,000 people ever showed up at their gigs?

In Session - at Malvern Rocks!

In Session - at Malvern Rocks!

Taking place across many pubs, hotels and clubs in Malvern, this new music festival put听the rich, diverse pool of musical talent in and around Malvern听to work for a great local cause: Acorns Children's Hospice.

Three days of free music included pop to punk, folk to metal - in a similar format to that of the Worcester Music Festival.

This year TV star and celebrity chef Loyd Grossman听headlined the event with his new band!

Worcester Music Festival

Worcester Music Festival
36 venues welcomed more than 240 acts from across the world at this year's Worcester Music Festival, in a move that saw the organisers extending the reach beyond just local musicians.

Acts from as far away at Australia and India queued up to play during the three day event, which was staged last weekend, all in aid of two local charities.

Mappfest

Mappfest
The most quirky music festival on our doorstep is organised by one man from Malvern, who's been a fixture on the local scene for the best part of the last thirty years or more - and has also provided backing vocals for bands like Ultravox.

Andy Mapp's 'Mappfest' is in aid of Acorns Hospice. The last couple of years he has raised around a thousand pounds each time and the mini-Mappfest earlier this year raised over 拢2,000.

He's hosting the event at Re-Con this evening and our man Andy O'Hare is there.

Exhibition
Forget the NEC, the Cardiff or Manchester Arenas - this time next week, you could find yourself drooling over the latest music toys at a big exhibition - in Stourport.

Worleys Guitar Show will be rocking up at the town's Civic Centre with a host of big named brands and local manufacturers.
