Responding to comments from Australian journalist Ben Dorries that "not even his own teammates like him".

The Australian newspaper The Courier Mail has run a picture of Kevin Pietersen on its front page, ahead of the start of The Ashes, with the caption "He's so arrogant not even his own team likes him".
