Is the law fair: Should farmers be allowed to shoot dogs?

Four dogs have been shot by farmers in the south east of England after being found attacking and killing sheep. Mark debates the issue and hears from a pet owner whose dog was shot in Worcestershire and The National Farmers' Union.
