Sri Lanka is wooing Western investors, hoping to lure them back now that the decades-long civil war is well and truly over. Presenter Jamie Robertson speaks to the central bank governor, Ajith Nivard Cabraal, who is in London as part of the marketing effort, and asks whether foreigners are right to be wary of the country's heavy taxes and regulations, and its human rights record.
