Where did your epic journey take you?

Mark goes live to Spain to hear about author Laurie Lee's centenary celebrations.

Celebrations are taking place to mark one hundred years since the birth of the Gloucestershire author Laurie Lee. We'll continue the journey we began last night - re-creating his epic journey from Slad to Spain. It's documented in his memoir "As I Walked Out One Midsummer Morning". Mark crossed live to Spain where a special ceremony is being held in his memory.

From Spain to Wimbledon, to speak to our reporter Matt Sandoz for the latest on day four of the action...

......and from SW1 to Somerset, to catch up with reporter Dean Poolman at Glastonbury Festival.

If you're an aircraft enthusiast, particularly World War Two planes, we've got a double treat for you. First, there's the replica Spitfire that's being built in County Durham in honour of a Battle of Britain flying ace. You can hear it fire its engine for the first time. Then, there's the prospect of not one but two Lancaster bombers being in the air over Lincolnshire later in the summer, with the arrival of a plane all the way from Canada.

We're being cruel to teddy bears on tonight's show but it's for a good reason. We meet up with the team from Staffordshire who test toys to their limits, to make sure they meet safety standards. You can hear a teddy bear enjoying the delights of the testers' chamber of horrors. Don't worry - it survived intact.

We'll hear about the narrow escape of a Hereford man who's lucky to be alive after being IMPALED on metal railings. Robin Dunford, who's partially sighted, had been at the Hay Festival when he fell. He's been talking about the guardian angels who came to his aid until the ambulance arrived. He's now trying to track them down to say thank you.

主播大秀 Introducing tonight comes from The Quicksilver Kings from Hull who are off to Germany in a few day's time to entertain British troops returning from a 9 month tour of Afghanistan. They're on the bill at a 'welcome home' party for some of the 7th Armoured Brigade, a.k.a the 'Desert Rats'.
