Cambodia's biggest dam came into operation on Monday supplying 338 megawatts of hydro-power. Is this unqualified good news or should environmentalists be worried?

We'll also take a look at the new Sri Lankan government and ask what its future relations with China and India might be.

Our special guests are David Kuo of The Motley Fool in London and Alexis Goldstein of The Other 98 Percent who joins us from Washington. They'll be discussing politicians' pay and business jargon.
