Counter Terrorism Bill debate: Field, Johnson and Hughes

The attacks in Paris have reignited the debate about how best to tackle terrorism in the UK.

It coincides with discussions about the government's Counter Terrorism Bill, which returns to the House of Lords today, but there are other measures that have divided the politicians - amid warnings from the security services they may not be able to prevent an attack here.
