Parties propose changes to mental health services
Mental health has been described as the Cinderella of the NHS, but that could be changing.
Liberal Democrats and Labour have been setting out their proposals to tackle mental health.
Jo Coburn spoke to Lib Dem Health Minister Norman Lamb, and got reaction from her panel of MPs: Conservative Kwasi Kwarteng, Labour's Alison McGovern and UKIP's Mark Reckless.
