Labour student fees plan 'very distinctive'

Ed Miliband has announced that Labour would cut university tuition fees for students in England from 拢9,000 to 拢6,000 each year.

Chuka Umunna said the party's policy was a "very distinctive offer" while the Liberal Democrats had "betrayed the country".

He spoke to Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics about the number of students going to university, their levels of debts, and his previous support for a graduate tax.
