The series title 鈥淟et's Kick Sum Maths鈥� is more than simple word play; it invites the viewer to work with us to overcome what many people view as a challenging and intimidating subject 鈥� mathematics. Visually, we depict mathematics as an intimidating robot with mathematical equipment such as set squares and protractors as weapons. We liken mathematics to other endeavours such as sport, games, baking and martial arts. We show some applications of mathematics and state that mathematics helps build our world. We show that through effort and training one can understand and enjoy mathematics, which will enable us to Kick Sum Maths!
