Iran nuclear talks: Obama hails "historic understanding" between world powers and Iran.

Iran and the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council plus Germany have reached an outline agreement on Iran's nuclear programme. Dr Siavush Randjbar-Daemi of Manchester University and Jim Walsh of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Security Studies Program go over the implications.
