Tre Whyte is a professional BMX racer, who explain the structure of the Great Britain talent team and the hard work required to reach the top. Tre鈥檚 coach explains how his natural talent has set him apart from other races but also describes the requirement for strength and conditioning training. The focus of Tre鈥檚 training is to develop maximal strength and power so to achieve the fastest gate release as possible. Using the principles of training he uses high weight with low repetitions to develop his power output.
