We visited the Cap and Gown in Worcester for ours second Pub Debate. Candidates answered questions on education, the NHS, immigration, the economy and Carrington Bridge. See below for a few details on the candidates involved.

Robin Walker (Conservative)

Robin Walker (Conservative)
Robin Walker was the Conservative MP for Worcester during the last Parliament. He says during that time unemployment has halved in Worcester and there's been more investment in local schools and the NHS. If re-elected he wants to improve train links to London, widen Carrington Bridge and bring in fairer funding for local schools.听

Joy Squires (Labour)

Joy Squires (Labour)
Joy Squires has been a member of Worcester City Council for years and says she knows what needs to be done to put things right in the city. She says she'll take the big decisions in Westminster to offer better opportunities for young people, a better recovery for people locally and a better future for Worcester.

Federica Smith (Liberal Democrats)

Federica Smith (Liberal Democrats)
Federica Smith says the Liberal Democrats offer the chance for a stronger economy and fairer society. She says she'll be there to help residents without playing party politics. She says she'll listen to constituents in Worcester and take action in parliament.

James Goad (UKIP)

James Goad (UKIP)
James Goad says he's offering a real choice, not just about the EU and immigration but a whole host of other policies across the political spectrum. He wants to dual the southern link road and create a northern link road around the city to reduce traffic congestion. He also wants to see an end to hospital parking charges and the introduction of fairer funding for local schools.

Louis Stephen says there are 3 main things that he'll fight for if elected as MP. He wants to end fuel poverty, introduce a living wage and build more affordable homes in Worcester.
